The production of a certificate of good conduct from C.I.D headquarters,
Literacy (read and write) in English and Kiswahili,
Over 2 years experience,
Reference from credible institutions as eligibility criteria.
To enhance and sharpen their performance, the recruits are placed under a training officer of the rank of captain or from the police or G.S.U.
Our security apparatus undergo rigorous training to makes sure that it is the best there is, it is carefully done to ensure that those that are finally recruited have experience in the security industry and are well disciplined. The training process continues after recruitment to ensure the guards are ever alert and prompt. Our training is also recognized by the ministry of Labour to enhance greater self-esteem and awareness for ones responsibilities. Supervisors attached to the guards make round the clock spot checks to ensure discipline is maintained through their assignments.
