In today’s society there is a growing interest in Corporate social responsibility activities. The reasons for this vary and can be as a result of increased influence on the world economy as well as some horrible living conditions.
Corporate social responsibility can influence customer perceptions on a product or service offering and, in the end, affect the company performance through the socially responsible links in the performance chain.
Our continuing commitment of behaving ethically and contributing to economic development while improving the quality of our workforce and their families, as well as of the community and society at large has created a strong organizational team and increased our performance.
Not everything is about money, but other values that can lead to higher profitability. Off course its about business. However, it is also about Brinks Security Service vision, culture and image.
As a responsible corporate company, we play our part effectively by supporting charity sponsorships to orphaned, disadvantaged brilliant school going children. We were very instrumental in the Bring Zack home campaign. The girl child has not missed our support as we ensure they go to school by providing sanitary care. We have also been supportive of the anti — jiggers’ campaign. Schools in the rural areas have benefited from our computer for school programme long before the laptop campaign started.
